Our family highly recommends Cottage Sheet Metal. They originally put in our furnaces and air conditioners when we built our house. We have used this company for 19 years or cleaning and checks every 6 months as well as any repairs we needed. All of the people that we have dealt with from schedulers to workers have been top notch. Recently we made the decision based on the recommendation of Brian who has serviced our house for years to replace our 19 year old units. The price was very reasonable and we were told of multiple rebates that we would get when we changed the units out.
The work was done in a little over a day and we could not be happier. The new units are so quiet and efficient.

They tested both A/C and heat and did a very neat install, and cleaned up spotless after themselves. The quiet motors were well worth the extra money. I was so amazed by how quickly and efficiently the technicians were in the replacement of my 20 year old furnace and A/C. I was expecting it to be an all day mess of a job and it was totally opposite; each technician came in, knew what to do and just did their job, no messing around, very neat and considerate in answering any dumb question I had.
